Every year on 23rd March, the Pakistan Day ceremony is organized at Aiwan-i-Sadr. In this ceremony, the President confers the awards to the people in recognition of their services to the country. This year 88 Pakistani and foreign nationals were conferred civil awards at Aiwan-i-Sadar.
In this ceremony, several types of awards were conferred and its list is given below.

These awards were given to the civilians for showing excellence in their fields including education, fine arts, religious services, medicine, social services and for showing bravery and courage on the battlefield and fighting against the COVID-19 too.

In the Pakistan Day ceremony, one Sitara-i-Quaid-e-Azam, one Sitara-i-Khidmat, and one Tamgha-i-Pakistan was awarded to the deserving people. The names of achievers are Prof Dr Tariq Shafi (Sitara-i-Quaid-e-Azam), Richard Geary Horwitz (Sitara-i-Khidmat), and Jane Teller (Tamgha-i-Pakistan).
